We are looking for an HR specialist / HR manager for our team in Brno who will be responsible for the company's personnel agenda and will actively collaborate with management and employees. We are looking for someone with HR experience who can independently organize their work, is responsible, and communicates well with people. Job responsibilities: HR / personnel administration experience; knowledge of Czech labor law, independence, responsibility and good organizational skills, management of personnel and HR agenda; recruitment and selection of new employees; communication with candidates; organization of onboarding for new employees; preparation and management of employment documentation; communication with employees and resolution of routine HR matters; collaboration with company management; development and implementation of internal HR processes. We require knowledge of Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian languages, with English as an advantage. Other arrangements are possible by agreement at a personal meeting. Employer consent to employee card is required.
