Zoey is expanding and we're looking for more HR consultants in Gothenburg!
We're seeking someone who is confident in HR, enjoys change, and loves stepping into new organizations, meeting new people, and quickly starting to make a difference. With us, you'll get the variety and development that comes with consulting life. You'll have a team to belong to. Because even though our consultants work with different clients, it should never feel like you're consulting completely on your own.
What will you be doing?
We know you'll work with different things, and that's what's wonderful about the consultant role. One assignment might involve supporting managers and organizations with everyday HR questions. Another might involve change management, organizational development, labor law, culture, competence, or larger HR projects.
You might step in as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Specialist – depending on your experience and what our clients need. What we have in common is that we want to work close to the business, the people, and what's actually happening in the organization.
Who do we think you are?
You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and are used to independently driving matters forward. You're confident in dialogue with managers and employees and enjoy working close to the business, where HR is part of the bottom line.
You're curious, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with the ability to understand different organizations' needs and translate them into concrete HR support. You build trust, dare to challenge when needed, and believe work gets better when we share knowledge and solve things together.
And you're curious about what's coming next. AI is already changing how we work, organize ourselves, and develop competence, and at Zoey we see it as a natural and important part of HR's future. You absolutely don't need to be an AI expert, but we hope that, like us, you want to explore, test, and learn how technology can help us create even better HR & TA value for our clients.
For us, HR's future is about combining business, people, and technology, and we do it with both curiosity and common sense.

At our monthly meetings we share what's happening at Zoey and with our clients, and at our lunch sessions we take a broader look at what's happening in HR & TA and develop our competence together.
