Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation services. Care shall be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. We want to create favorable conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment by the best possible expertise. As an HR Consultant with us, you have a meaningful role in the unit's support function. The support function consists of HR, controllers, coordinators, and secretaries. We are currently 13 people supporting the operations. The support function's mission includes support and service to the unit's managers to reach set goals, drive development, and create good holistic solutions with the patient at the center. Our HR team consists of three HR Consultants and one HR Manager where we have close and unpretentious collaboration. We look forward to your application! 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We offer you as an HR Consultant an interesting and varied job in a developing and stimulating operation. The approach is mainly consultative, but we also work with implementing, developing, and following up on guidelines and procedures within the entire personnel policy area. As an HR Consultant, you work closely with the unit's managers and are their support within the HR field. You will work with all common HR tasks such as recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, agreement interpretation, leadership development, salary reviews, and manager and leadership support. You will also drive development issues together with managers and employees within the support function. Within our HR team, you will also have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in one or more areas. QUALIFICATIONS You have education in HR from a PA program or equivalent academic education. We appreciate that you are confident in your profession and enjoy working broadly within the field. As a person, you thrive when your workday is varied and you are flexible in your approach. Good communication skills and ability to create good relationships and build trust are important qualities.
