About the Operations HR Support is part of the Administrative Support operations area. The operations bring together common support functions and is organized under the Regional Management Administration. The unit is responsible for expert and consultative support in HR matters to all managers in the Region. As an HR Consultant, you contribute to the consolidated HR support for managers within Region Västernorrland through expert and consultative support in HR processes. The assignment is varied and educational with many daily contact points. We in HR Support are now recruiting an HR Consultant to our operations-focused HR support. The position is a temporary contract for parental leave on a full-time basis, approximately one year with start date 2026-12-01. The work location is Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, or Härnösand and will be determined in dialogue with your manager. Responsibilities Provide support and information to managers based on employment law in legislation and agreements as well as the employer's processes and governing documents within the HR field. The work is broad and varied and spans both operationally and strategically across areas such as competence supply, work environment, and salary formation. Other tasks may be added.
