We are looking for a new colleague for a temporary position in our HR department. We offer you a dynamic and varied role with the opportunity to influence content and design based on your expertise and our organization's needs. Our HR department has 8 employees and we are a welcoming team with strong commitment and extensive experience in HR, payroll, and system management. Responsibilities As an HR Consultant, you will be offered a varied assignment with strategic process-oriented work combined with consultative support to our managers. Together with colleagues, you will drive development initiatives within the HR field and design and implement training programs for our managers. You will work broadly across the entire HR area with qualified support in occupational health and safety, recruitment, workforce planning, employment law, compensation, wellness, and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities will include both strategic and operational work, development, maintenance of existing systems, and implementation of new digital support systems. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university degree from a human resources program or other education that we consider equivalent. We consider it a merit if you have several years of experience in qualified HR work. You are confident and professional in your role. You must have a good ability to build and maintain trusting relationships and be able to think strategically while acting operationally. We want you to be able to interpret and apply employment law in practice and to understand the employer role. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's license and good computer skills are required. To thrive with us, you need to be attentive and flexible, collaborative, but also able to work independently. It is important that you are comfortable working broadly and have an interest in our operations and a desire to develop HR work. Additional Information Temporary position for 1 year with possibility of extension. 100% full-time. Start date by agreement.
