Lapplands Kommunalförbund is a collaboration between the municipalities of Kiruna, Gällivare, Jokkmokk, and Pajala. The federation is responsible for important public functions including upper secondary education, adult education, energy and climate advisory services, procurement, and personal advocacy. The federation employs approximately 350 staff members who together create value for both individuals and society.
Our federation office is decentralized, giving you the flexibility to be based in Kiruna, Gällivare, Jokkmokk, or Pajala.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as HR Consultant, you will work with general personnel administration tasks and investigations, and provide support to core operations in daily work with personnel matters such as recruitment, labor law, workplace environment, and rehabilitation. In your role as HR Consultant, you are the employer representative and contribute to good cooperation with trade union organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education degree in HR or equivalent education/experience that the employer deems sufficient. A valid driver's license is required.
We welcome applicants with experience in independent work with personnel matters, strong communication skills both verbal and written, good collaboration skills, and the ability to build and maintain good relationships. Experience working in politically governed organizations is a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and abilities.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-11-02 or by agreement.
