HR Business Partner for Frösunda Personlig Assistans with placement in Göteborg, Borås, or Halmstad

For the business unit Frösunda Personlig Assistans, we are now seeking a driven HR Business Partner who will serve as an advisory partner to our operations managers. You will be offered a central role in the business unit close to the management group, where your focus is to advance HR work together with operations managers. You will also be part of the division's HRBP team.
This is a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement; probation applies. Placement is at one of our offices in Göteborg, Halmstad, or Borås. Some travel and meeting activities within the business unit covering the entire country are included. About the role
As an HRBP, you drive HR work, both operationally and strategically, and you are responsible for developing and maintaining routines and processes in the area. Operational work and support to managers is provided based on the Collective Agreement for Sector G (personal assistance) between Kommunal and Vårdföretagarna.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support and service to managers: Labor law, work environment, and negotiations.
Collective Agreement: Sector G personal assistance
Process and routine work: Develop, implement, and follow up on processes and routines.
Identify, report, and address deficiencies: Identify any errors and deficiencies in operations, report these, and develop necessary improvement measures in collaboration with the business unit leadership.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with support functions such as payroll, finance, systems management, and business control.
Who are you?
You have academic education in the field or other relevant education/work experience from the industry that we consider equivalent.
You have previous experience with HR work in care or personal assistance.
You can manage yourself in daily work and are clear in your communication.
You have language skills in Swedish at a high level, both verbally and in writing.
