Your Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR matters and have the opportunity to work closely with both managers and employees. The position is new and processes are not yet fully in place, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the work and contribute to development from the start. Your main responsibilities include: • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish • Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts • Work actively with employer branding to strengthen the employer brand and attract top talent • Manage employee surveys • Prepare materials for development conversations • Design training plans and associated documentation • Conduct salary mapping and salary reviews • Ensure benefits are relevant and competitive • Provide support to managers in their daily leadership • Support goal-setting and follow-up • Manage the HR annual calendar • Develop policies and processes • Follow up on relevant KPIs • Manage internal communications via the intranet • Plan conference trips and team arrangements • Conduct background checks for new and existing personnel Your Profile We're looking for someone with broad HR experience who is comfortable handling both operational and administrative matters as well as more strategic HR initiatives. You're a skilled communicator in both Swedish and English who enjoys informing, driving processes, and creating engagement through both internal and external channels. You also have an analytical mindset and a good eye for detail, particularly in areas such as compensation, policies, and KPI tracking. As a person, you're confident, unpretentious, and enjoy supporting both managers and employees at different stages of the employee journey. You work in a structured manner, like creating order, and enjoy developing efficient processes. If you also have experience with Hayley HR, we see that as a merit. Success Factors • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with prior experience in growing companies • University or college degree in HR • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Comfortable with HR systems, previous experience with Hayley HR is a merit • Structured, communicative, and analytical About Us Framtiden is a recruitment and staffing company with offices in eight locations in Sweden.
