HR Manager with Focus on Work Environment and Operations Support Would you like a broad role where you work closely with the operations and contribute to developing both the organization and our ways of working? We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who combines strategic perspective with a practical and solution-oriented approach. About the Role As HR Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving, coordinating, and further developing Trelleborgs Hamn's HR work. You will work closely with management and department heads, providing support on both long-term matters and situations that require immediate attention. The role encompasses the entire HR field, where work environment, labor law, union negotiations, management support, and workforce planning are important areas. You will help create clear and shared ways of working and integrate the HR perspective into the organization's development. Your Assignment In this role, you will, among other things: support department heads in personnel, labor law, and change management matters prepare, conduct, and follow up on union negotiations coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding develop and monitor HR processes, procedures, and key metrics drive and anchor work environment efforts with a focus on systematic work environment management (SAM) and organizational and social work environment (OSA) work preventively and conduct investigations cooperate with the safety organization and employee representatives support the organization in change and development work. We are Looking for You if You You are an experienced HR generalist who thrives with broad responsibility and can switch between strategic issues and operational needs. You work independently and systematically, take initiative, and drive matters through to implementation. The role has many contact points and requires that you can build trust with department heads, employees, safety representatives, and union representatives. You are confident and professional even when the pace is high or the issues are complex. You also have good analytical ability and can explain complicated matters clearly and pedagogically. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant university or college education, for example in human resources management, behavioral science, or law, or alternatively other education and experience that we consider equivalent several years of experience with independent and qualified work in a broad HR field good knowledge of labor law and experience supporting department heads in personnel matters experience with union negotiations and work in a collectively bargained organization experience with systematic work environment management (SAM) and organizational and social work environment (OSA) very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing Class B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have worked in an operational, labor-intensive, or safety-critical organization and have experience practically driving work environment issues and developing HR processes.
