Job Description As an administrator at the Västervik operations area, you will work both independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will primarily consist of HR administration in the areas of staffing, recruitment, and training. For example, you will be responsible for personnel files and their archiving, handling employment contracts, access rights, orders, and case management, personnel cards, and more. You will also administer in the payroll process and have an active role in the facility's onboarding of new employees, both in the practical and administrative aspects. You will collaborate with the facility's HR officers, first-line managers, and the organization's personnel to provide guidance for newly hired staff. Additionally, you will work with personnel in coordinated staffing, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's service center in Norrköping, the recruitment organization, and the training organization. You will have a partially supportive and advisory role in personnel administration matters for managers. Other administrative tasks may also occur.
