Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager at Italian Restaurant in Stockholm Do you want to lead and inspire a passionate team at a genuine Italian restaurant? Then we're looking for you for the role of Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager at our restaurant in the heart of Stockholm. About Us: We are a traditional Italian restaurant that is passionate about offering our guests an authentic dining experience with high-class service. We value quality, tradition, and a family atmosphere, and are now seeking a driven and committed Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager who can take our team to the next level. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and scheduling. • Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional food and beverage experience. • Lead and coach the serving team to ensure the highest level of service and professionalism. • Work closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth flow between kitchen and service. • Handle any complaints or requests from guests and ensure everyone has a positive experience. • Manage the restaurant's reservations, follow up on customer feedback, and plan events. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Has experience working as a head waiter or restaurant manager, preferably in the Italian or fine dining sector. • Is a natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing a team. • Has a strong commitment to creating a first-class guest experience and delivering high-quality service. • Is organized, self-driven, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Is communicative and has good knowledge of Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus. • Has a genuine interest in food and beverage, as well as a good understanding of Italian gastronomy and wine.
