We are now seeking an additional maître d'hôtel for our happy restaurant team!
About the Position
Work as a maître d'hôtel with us is highly varied as we have a very broad range of offerings and are open 7 days a week year-round. We serve breakfast, lunch, bistro menu, à la carte, and also have extensive party/event/show operations as well as several bars.
The position includes customary maître d'hôtel duties, i.e., planning the day and being responsible for and acting as maître d'hôtel during service. Hospitality is extremely important to us, providing the best possible service and taking good care of guests, as well as leading the work of other colleagues on site. We work in a team with several maîtres d'hôtel, bartenders, and a sommelier, as we often have multiple restaurant sections operating throughout the day.
About You
You have at least three years of experience working in a restaurant and at least one year of experience in planning and work management, preferably in the role of maître d'hôtel or similar.
You have very good knowledge of food and beverage and are skilled at planning and organizing. A pronounced sense of service combined with enjoying collaboration with colleagues and having a good ability to keep track of many things at once. It is also important that you are thorough and have a strong sense of order and organization.
