Your Tasks As Maître d', you will work at Fröken Filipssons – a restaurant with 350 seats serving both lunch and dinner. Your ultimate goal is to ensure we always exceed our guests' expectations, which you accomplish by planning all seatings, delegating tasks to your team, and ensuring the dining room maintains the highest possible standard. Personally offering guests excellent service and expert knowledge is a given. Since families with children are our most important target group, it is important that you understand and consider children's perspectives and needs. The position also requires close collaboration with the head chef to ensure that both food and service maintain the highest quality. You are comfortable with English and Swedish in both spoken and written form. Merits Driver's license and access to a car.
