About the role:
We are now looking for a colleague at the reception desk who is driven by providing excellent service and enjoys working with planning and logistics.
As a receptionist with us, you will welcome our guests and make their first impression, often after a long journey. Therefore, genuine service interest is important for you to thrive in this role. In your daily work, you will handle booking inquiries (in-person, by phone, and email), check in and out our guests, assist guests during the day with questions, and serve from the reception café. The reception is, besides being the hotel's face to the world, the hub for communication with the housekeeping department and kitchen/restaurant. Therefore, it is important that you understand the value of good communication and proper planning. We are looking for colleagues who can easily absorb new information and convey it to others in a clear and pleasant manner.
The position includes, among other things:
standard reception duties as described above
cash handling
café/bar service
providing "tourist information" to everyone, including non-guests
assisting housekeeping and restaurant service as needed
largely weekends and evening shifts.

Previous experience is desirable. Knowledge of the booking system Hotsoft & Bookvisit is a merit.
