With us, you'll work with everything from breakfast and cleaning to serving and reception! About the job As a hotel worker with us, you are the hub of daily operations. You directly contribute to ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a fantastic stay. Since we are a small team, we always help each other where needed, while you also plan and manage much of your work independently. Your main responsibilities: Breakfast & kitchen: Breakfast service, preparations, and dishwashing. Procurement: Ordering food and beverages for the operation. Cleaning: Ensuring the hotel environment and rooms are clean and welcoming. Evening service: Serving and attending to evening guests. Reception: Check-in and check-out, cash handling, bookings, and managing inquiries via phone and email. Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone who loves service and meets people with warmth and engagement. You take great personal responsibility, are attentive to details, and see for yourself what needs to be done. Since the role is broad, you need to be comfortable quickly switching between different types of tasks and maintaining calm even when the pace is high. Requirements for the position: Age: You must be at least 20 years old (legal requirement for serving responsibility). Language: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good English skills. Technology: Computer skills as we work with digital booking systems. It is a merit if you have previous experience from service professions, but your personal engagement is what matters most. About the employment Work location: Mora. Employment type: Permanent employment. Scope: Approximately 80%. Work schedule: Varying schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date: Immediately.
