Main Responsibilities:
• Independent maintenance work and assembly and cleaning tasks, such as repairs and replacement of locks, metal furniture parts, furniture assembly and moving, garage cleaning.
• Ensuring maintenance of service vehicles, routine maintenance, checking operational supplies, preparing documentation for monthly fleet closings including refueling.
• Fulfilling the duties of a service vehicle driver in accordance with the current GŘ directive.
• Organizing mail, document, material and minor asset collection within the contact office and regional branch.
• Thorough familiarization with operating manuals, ensuring inspections and reviews, knowledge of rules for working with protective equipment (gloves, face shield, clothing, footwear).
• Processing a summary of necessary repairs, identifying defects and preparing a plan for their elimination and a proposal for removal.
• Monitoring energy consumption – readings of electricity meters, water meters and heat supplies, including preparing proposals for energy-saving measures in energy consumption.
• Other tasks within your job assignment are performed according to the instructions of your direct supervisors.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
• Minimum secondary education with vocational certificate
• Knowledge of PC work (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsibility, independence, flexibility, clean criminal record
• Professional conduct, mental resilience
• Legal capacity, clean criminal record, health fitness, citizenship of the Czech Republic, citizenship of another EU member state or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement pursuant to § 25 para. 1 letter a) and meeting the conditions pursuant to § 25 para. 2 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on the State Service
Working Conditions:
• Salary classification in 7th pay grade in accordance with applicable legal regulations, possibility of granting personal allowance after probation period
• Flexible working hours – full-time position
• Expected start date from November 1, 2026
• Employment contract for a definite period (1 year) with the possibility of subsequent extension with a 4-month probation period
