WHAT WILL YOU DO? o Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption of buildings/facilities in the area of building systems and energy sources o Prepare screenings, analyses, and studies in the field of building systems, from systems associated with individual buildings to entire facilities of regional organizations o Develop assessments and recommendations for investment proposals regarding asset reproduction (partial or comprehensive building modernization, new construction, modernization or replacement of heating sources, renewable energy development, etc.) o Provide advisory and consulting services to regional organizations o Collaborate on the preparation and implementation of EPC projects o Contribute to strategic documents - Energy Plan of Ústecký Region, Action Plans, etc. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? And what we definitely cannot do without o You have an interest in energy, renewable energy sources, community solutions, and innovation o Secondary/higher education in a technical field (construction, mechanical engineering, energy, building systems) o Experience in building systems, particularly in heating, ventilation, cooling, heat and cold distribution (project preparation and/or implementation) o You have a Category B driver's license and are an active driver Advantage: o Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD and others) o CKAIT certification WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
