Work location: Jiřího z Poděbrad 1840/11, 40502 Děčín Suitable for people in good health and those with disabilities. We are looking for a chief accountant for a small, modern accounting office who understands accounting and taxes, has a good overview, and will be a support to our team of experienced accountants. We are not an office focused on routine document entry – our assistants will handle the administrative work for you. Here, you will focus on professional work, client communication, and supporting your colleagues. What you will do with us • independently manage accounting and tax records for individuals and companies in Pohoda software • prepare tax returns for personal and corporate income taxes • resolve complex accounting and tax situations • communicate with clients • provide expert support to colleagues and help them with more complex cases • participate in work organization and internal meetings Who we are looking for • an independent and reliable person who keeps things under control and follows through • a willing person who enjoys advising and helping colleagues • strong knowledge of taxes, especially personal and corporate income tax and VAT • experience with accounting and tax records (individuals and companies) • ability to maintain overview even with a larger client base • communicative and approachable nature • desire to continue professional development Requirements • experience in accounting (ideally from an accounting office) • ability to work independently and systematically • university degree in economics or related field is an advantage What we offer • work focused on professional accounting and tax issues, not routine document processing • administrative support from assistants • small team and direct communication • real influence on office operations • flexibility – possibility of partial home office and reduced hours • meal voucher allowance and coffee all inclusive ☕ • paid massages and rehabilitation • long-term cooperation and room for professional growth Compensation Salary: 48 000 Kč + performance bonus • further salary increase based on professional development and taking on greater responsibility Start date Expected start: 1st quarter 2027 Contact If interested, please send your CV to: [email protected].
