What will your job duties be? Responsibility for directing and organizing the work of various entities within the construction project. Coordination of activities for your assigned team of employees through the construction supervisor. Management of subcontractor work and ensuring material deliveries. Quality control of completed work. Oversight of health and safety compliance and site order. Responsibility for maintaining the work schedule. Preparation of invoicing and control of the construction budget. Maintenance of electronic construction logs. What you must have… You should have a pleasant demeanor and team spirit, as you will communicate with both investors and people across the company. Education in the construction field, as this is the foundation, plus demonstrable practical experience. You will use a company vehicle daily, so a Category "B" driver's license is essential.
