We are looking for an experienced and responsible head nurse who: holds professional qualification to practice as a general nurse under Law No. 96/2004 Coll., has healthcare experience (minimum 3-5 years) and ideally team leadership experience, can work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, possesses strong organizational, communication, and management skills, is knowledgeable about healthcare legislation and care reporting to health insurance companies, is stress-resistant and can interact with sensitivity and respect, aligns with the values of The Salvation Army, takes responsibility for establishing, operating, and ensuring the effectiveness of healthcare in the facility.
What you will do: professionally and organizationally lead and methodically manage a team of healthcare workers, ensure and develop quality of healthcare, coordinate cooperation with the social team, physicians, and external specialists, be responsible for healthcare documentation and care reporting, establish and monitor the healthcare reporting system, address personnel and operational issues in the team, participate in recruitment, development, and evaluation of employees, actively contribute to service development and process improvement.
