We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Brno and Rosice u Brna. We offer an environment where we don't put out fires, but plan carefully. Where we use BIM, AI, and virtual reality, and where you have real space to create, not fill out spreadsheets. Why will you enjoy this job? Senior Project Engineer focused solely on engineering: Someone else handles subcontractor selection, investor communication regarding finances, and invoicing. You keep a clear head for the project. We don't like overtime. Flexibility to adapt your working hours to your needs. We work in BIM, use 3D printing, virtual reality, and AI. Great projects: You'll manage projects valued at 50–600 mil. Kč (hospitals, schools, administrative buildings, complexes). Archicad or Revit is a plus. What will your tasks be? Integrate into the design team and oversee technical solutions. Work on all phases – from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction supervision. Project management with emphasis on quality, not 'paperwork'. What do we offer?
