What you will do: - provide daily care for children ages 6 months to 3 years following an individualized approach - direct care for a small group of no more than 4 children - collaborate with parents and organizational leadership - help create an environment where children feel safe, content, and develop at their own pace What we expect from you: - qualifications as required by law for working in a child care group (secondary/higher education in pedagogy or healthcare, or childcare certification course) - experience working with small children, ideally including infants - kind and empathetic approach toward children and parents - ability to work both independently and as part of a team What we offer: - full-time employment in a family-oriented and respectful environment - support during startup and ongoing professional development - small team, individualized approach, friendly management
