Prima Bemanning & Logistik is now seeking an experienced wheel loader operator for our major client in Malmö within waste management and recycling. You will work as a consultant through us, with excellent prospects for eventually becoming directly employed by the client company. Duties Operate and maintain a wheel loader in connection with loading, sorting and transporting material within recycling or waste management operations. Load trucks and containers with a wheel loader. This will be your primary responsibility. Perform daily inspections, maintenance and minor repairs of the vehicle. Follow safety regulations and work according to established procedures. Collaborate with colleagues in production and logistics. If needed, there is also an opportunity to learn to operate an excavator, which provides the chance for varied tasks and professional development within the company. Qualifications At least 2–4 years of experience as a machine operator specializing in wheel loaders. Valid machine operator license for wheel loaders. Category B driver's license. Good physical condition and work ethic. You speak and understand Swedish fluently. Personal Qualities You are thorough, responsible and have good collaboration skills. You are comfortable with physical work at a fast pace. You have a safety mindset and are accustomed to taking initiative. About the Position You will be employed by Prima Bemanning & Logistik and work on assignment for the client. Work hours: Weekdays 07:00–16:00. Start date: By agreement.
