We are now recruiting a licensed psychologist to our occupational health services in Luleå. Hermelinen Företagshälsa is part of Kry and works to strengthen people's health, work capacity, and well-being through evidence-based interventions. We work closely with individuals, managers, and organizations to create long-term sustainable solutions. As a psychologist with us, you will primarily work with psychological treatment based on CBT, counseling, and work-life-oriented interventions. You will meet people with varying needs and work both individually and in close collaboration with colleagues and client organizations. The role may also involve supporting managers and employers in, for example, rehabilitation matters. You will meet clients with: Stress-related problems and burnout Anxiety and depression Sleep difficulties Crisis and life events Work-related difficulties Relationship problems We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with experience in short-term CBT. Experience from occupational health services, primary care, psychiatry, or work-life-oriented rehabilitation is a merit. You enjoy working clinically and have a genuine commitment to people's health and development. You work in a structured and professional manner, are flexible and solution-oriented, and appreciate collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
