We are now seeking an engaged home care coordinator for the Folkets hus resource area. Job Responsibilities As a home care coordinator, you have an overall view of operations and are responsible for daily coordination and schedule planning of home care services within the resource area. You work in close collaboration with the section manager and staff to ensure well-functioning operations. Your role includes responsibility for absence planning and short-term staffing, which you primarily work with in the Lifecare Planering system. You receive orders from the municipality and handle ongoing administrative and operations-related tasks. You have daily contact with Malmö residents, relatives, and internal and external partners. As a coordinator, you create schedules and maintain a professional and respectful approach toward staff. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Upper secondary education equivalent to 3 years Experience in coordinating or coordination work within healthcare and nursing Proficiency using computers as a tool and resource, with a willingness and ability to quickly learn new programs and systems Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meriting if you have: Education focused on healthcare and nursing Experience in municipal operations Experience in nursing care work Experience with scheduling systems Experience with the systems Medvind, Vikariebanken, or Lifecare Planering The home care coordinator role requires you to be communicative, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills as well as a professional approach. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and work solution-oriented to contribute to high-quality operations. Good interaction is central to the role, and you are confident in daily conversations with staff.
