As an employee in home care, you help our clients live an independent and secure life in their own home. The work tasks consist of personal care, service provisions, social support, and documentation, among other things.
The work involves service during day, evening, and every other weekend.
We are looking for someone with a genuine client focus who puts the individual's needs at the center. You have good interpersonal skills and create trustworthy relationships. To thrive with us, you are thorough, responsible, and flexible, and you value a good work environment. You also have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital documentation.

Category B driver's license
Good cycling ability

Permanent employees in Sävsjö Municipality are assigned to their regular workplace in the event of war placement.
In the event of heightened readiness, war threat, or war, the employee shall report to their regular workplace.
The employer has the right to relocate an employee to another workplace within Sävsjö Municipality's organization if needed.
