Responsibilities
As an employee with us, you have an important and diverse role that involves providing support and care to people living at home who need help with various daily activities, including:
Personal care
Meals
Social support
Housekeeping
You will also perform delegated tasks from health care professionals, such as physical training or medication management.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and sufficient computer skills as work schedules and documentation are handled digitally.

Other Information
Since we provide home care services in our clients' homes and distances can be long between clients, a Class B driver's license is required for employment.
A criminal record clearance certificate is a requirement to work with us.
Abilities and Skills
We are looking for a confident and stable person with good self-awareness and who learns easily.
The work also involves helping other home care teams, which requires you to be flexible and able to adapt to our clients' needs, have a positive attitude, and spread good energy around you.
Since you work daily with human interaction, it is important that you are attentive, empathetic, and can build trust and good relationships both internally and externally.
