🕒 Work Hours: Daytime: 07.15-16.00 Evening: 15.45-21.45
📌 Employment Type: Hourly positions and trial employment for evening work
🚗 Driver's License: Advantageous

About the Job
As care staff at Nova Omsorg, you will primarily work with care and support in customers' own homes.
Your tasks include personal care, assistance with meals, delegated health and medical care tasks, walks, social support, supervision, and documentation.
With us, you can focus more on care. Our Cleaning Team handles customers' cleaning, and laundry is managed by the office. This gives you more time for what matters most – meeting our customers.
You'll be part of a team:
You work in a small work group where we collaborate and help each other to provide security and good care for our customers.
At the same time, you need to be comfortable working independently, since much of the work takes place in the customer's home.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for you if you:
✔ Enjoy working with people
✔ Are considerate, service-oriented, and responsible
✔ Can work both independently and in a team
✔ Are attentive to customer needs and wishes
✔ Have good knowledge of Swedish
✔ Can use a mobile phone and digital systems
It's advantageous if you're a trained nursing assistant or care assistant, have experience with home care or elderly care, and have a class B driver's license.
