uStäd is now seeking 1–2 thorough and responsible staff members who want to work with house cleaning for our customers in Umeå and surrounding areas. We are a small, local cleaning company that places great emphasis on quality and customer focus. For our customers, trust, continuity, and high quality are important. The work is largely independent at our regular customers' homes, which means we value you as reliable, thorough, responsible, and self-driven. Here's what we'd like to see in you: You are very thorough and notice details You are responsible and reliable You enjoy working independently You like giving good service and paying attention to the customer's needs You work efficiently without compromising on quality You have good knowledge of Swedish You are seeking stable, long-term employment You have a driver's license category B; this is a requirement You have experience with house cleaning or similar work, which is highly desirable. Work is performed on weekdays during daytime hours. Scope: approximately 50%, with possibility for extended hours Start: as soon as possible or by agreement Employment form: temporary/fixed-term employment For the right person, there are good opportunities for long-term employment and possibly expanded duties in the future.
