During your shifts, you work collaboratively with two other nurses where you share responsibility for patients together. Your work is centered on the patient's needs based on the healthcare they require. You provide support and guidance to care staff in various facilities. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning and implementing healthcare services for patients in special housing for the elderly, home care services, psychiatric housing and group homes. You are also responsible for medication management, specialized care and documentation. The work also involves meeting individuals who are in a palliative phase of life, where your task is to create quality care during the final phase of life for both the patient and their loved ones. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse. We value friendly demeanor, flexibility and strong collaboration skills as valuable competencies for working as a nurse. We appreciate a positive attitude and the ability to find solutions in your work. Personal competencies are highly valued. A category B driver's license is required for this position. More About the Position Permanent employment, full-time. We work according to a full/part-time model which means full-time employment with the possibility to work less. Working hours are nights with weekend duty, which means four weekends per ten weeks. Start date by agreement. Access to a company car.
