Experienced sushi chef needed for weekend work Zen Sushi has been serving high-quality sushi in a stylish and relaxed environment in central Lund since 2008. We are now looking for an experienced sushi chef or kitchen staff member to strengthen our team on weekends. This position is perfect for you if you have prior experience from a sushi restaurant or professional restaurant kitchen and are looking for extra work. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts. We are looking for someone who Has documented experience with sushi or work in a restaurant kitchen – this is a requirement Is meticulous with an eye for quality and presentation Enjoys working at a fast pace Is positive, reliable, and takes responsibility Collaborates well with others Is flexible and can work weekends Prioritizes the guest experience Job Responsibilities Preparation and processing of raw materials Preparing maki and nigiri Cutting and handling fish Cooking rice Receiving deliveries Other tasks that occur in the restaurant kitchen This is a part-time position as needed, primarily on weekends.
