The Recycling business area has the mission to collect and receive waste from residents and businesses in Eskilstuna and Strängnäs, and transform it into new resources. We are at the forefront and we strive to maintain that position. Eskilstuna was the first in the world to offer color sorting of six different material types for single-family homes. The same system has also been implemented in, among other places, Strängnäs. In Eskilstuna, we operate ReTuna Återbruksgalleria, which is Sweden's first shopping gallery for reuse. Since its opening, the gallery has been awarded prizes and recognition in the environmental field.
Your responsibilities
This position is placed in our administrative department with the purpose of supporting core operations in big and small matters. Administration is an area that is undergoing major transformation due to digitalization, and we work to stay at the forefront to meet the future of recycling.
In your role as a handler, you will:
Manage orders, cases, and deviation handling in BFUS, Lime, and FP.
Administration related to hazardous waste.
Operate our weighing system ScanX.
Support function at the scale where we weigh in operational waste for both cities.
There is an opportunity for remote work in this role. Our working hours are 07-16, and during these hours we are also expected to be available by phone for our customers. You will be one of four handlers in total, which means you'll get a good introduction and can help each other in your daily work.

Education and previous experience
To succeed in this role, you are a person who thrives when you get to use your analytical side. When something is unclear, you're the one who enjoys finding the solution. You feel a great sense of responsibility and get energized by learning new things. You think it's fun to work with continuous improvements to develop the business.
You have:
Experience with more complex administrative tasks within the environmental industry and are used to working in different business systems.
Preferably experience with administration related to hazardous waste.
B-driver's license.
