Background Systemair Production AB in Skinnskatteberg is a product and production company where the Supply Chain function plays a central role in operations. The function is responsible for planning, procurement, materials handling, and internal logistics and is a key factor in enabling stable and efficient production with a high degree of cross-functionality in line with the Systemair Production Model (SPM). The production facility in Skinnskatteberg is a strategically important part of the Systemair group. It features modern production facilities where the value chain is consolidated in one location. Operations include both manufacturing and assembly and are characterized by a development-oriented culture with engaged and skilled employees. As Head of Supply Chain, you report to the CEO of Systemair Production AB and are part of the company's management team together with those responsible for Engineering/Design, Manufacturing & Assembly, Distribution Center, Finance, HSEQ, and HR. The Role & Assignment Beyond being an important part of how the company gets everything to function and develop, you lead and develop the Supply Chain function together with skilled employees and responsible managers in the field. Supply Chain is responsible for strengthening the production unit's ability to conduct stable and efficient production, with robust planning even during demand variations and supply chain disruptions. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that materials supply and internal logistics support operations in the best way, with stable flows, high availability, and good service levels. The role encompasses both operational management and long-term development work, where you are expected to drive improvements in processes, methods, and collaboration between functions.
