We are seeking an engaged and thoughtful personal care assistant for our client – a cheerful and delightful 8-year-old girl. Are you a responsible person who wants to make a real difference in a child's everyday life and contribute with security, joy, and development? Then you might be the one we're looking for!
Our client lives with her mom, dad, and younger sister in a house in the countryside. Since public transportation is not available, a driver's license and access to a car are required to get to the workplace.
During weekdays, she attends school where she receives support from a student assistant. The work as a personal care assistant is therefore primarily scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts. Weekend work may occur as needed, but is not part of the fixed schedule.
In her free time, she enjoys playing, doing fun activities, and taking calm walks. As a personal care assistant, you will become an important part of her everyday life. You will support her with daily tasks and join her in activities both at home and outside. The work is conducted in close collaboration with the family.
The Assistant's Role and Experience
We are looking for someone with a calm, secure, and positive demeanor. You are attentive and have a genuine interest in working with children. You can work both independently and in close collaboration with the family. Experience with tube feeding and epilepsy is a merit.
Previous experience as a personal care assistant or working with children is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability and good personal chemistry.
At the client's explicit request, we are primarily seeking female applicants, as the client feels most comfortable with female care assistants.
We warmly welcome your application – we look forward to hearing from you!
