We are now looking for you to work as a substitute in one of our great assistant teams. The woman who receives assistance has muscular dystrophy, which means she uses a wheelchair and a ventilator. As her assistant, you will be part of her daily life and support her with everything from running errands to hygiene and everyday and festive activities. As a person, she greatly values her staff and believes that good cooperation between her and your new colleagues is important for everyone to feel comfortable. Who are you? We believe you are a humble woman somewhere between 25 and 55 years old to be a good fit for this role. You are easygoing and see the positive instead of the negative. We also believe that you: Are calm. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Are a non-smoker. Have a driver's license. Have good physical health; manual transfers occur. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we only accept female applicants in this recruitment. About the Position This is an hourly position where you work as needed when regular staff are absent. This means you may receive shift requests with both short and longer notice. We staff 24 hours a day, every day of the year with a mix of single and double staffing. Regular working hours are 08.00-21.00, 10.00-24.00, and nights 21.00-10.00. These times may be adjusted if the need arises.
