We're looking for engaged and motivated students who are studying or will start a post-secondary education this fall and can work at least three days per week. Apply today! Are you a new student this fall and want to combine your studies with a long-term part-time job? As a forklift driver/warehouse worker at the ICA warehouse in Helsingborg, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and become part of a fantastic team. Work at the ICA warehouse mainly involves forklift driving and order picking of goods with the help of a voice unit that instructs you which items to pick. The work is physically demanding and characterized by a fast work pace where you work in different temperature zones. To succeed and be a suitable candidate for the position, you need to be flexible and have the ability to work regularly alongside your studies. You should be able to work at least two weekdays (Monday–Thursday) plus either Friday or Saturday - every week. Since ICA's warehouse operations run 24/7, all days of the week, work shifts can vary between day, evening, and sometimes night shifts. This role is perfect for you if you want a stable part-time job during your studies and are willing to step in when needed. During peak periods, such as summer and Christmas, we'd like you to have the ability to work more shifts and if needed, up to full-time. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work as a consultant at our client ICA. As part of the recruitment process, you will take two tests available in your profile when you register your application. The tests are called the ICA Language Test and Work-Related Behavior (ADEPT-15). We are recruiting now with an introduction start after the summer, as early as week 36. The introduction takes place over five working days (Monday–Friday) and requires 100% attendance. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are available full-time during the entire training period. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be a suitable candidate for the position, you must be studying at least 50% and have at least one year remaining in your studies. You should be able to work at least 3 full weekdays every week. We will only proceed with candidates who can provide documentation confirming this. Further, you should have: - Forklift certificate A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10) - Good physical condition. - Clear police record. - Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish. - Valid ID document (passport or national ID card) and the right to work in Sweden. - Driver's license category B and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace at Långeberga.
