With us, you ensure it works now and in the future. For everyone. Starting in January, PTS and Digg will merge to form the new Digitaliseringsmyndigheten. Digg currently manages the EU Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL), which aims to promote the use of advanced technology and contribute to the EU's digital policy objectives. PTS is responsible for the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), which supports cross-border digital infrastructure. In the new agency, these tasks will be brought together within the Department for Analysis and Coordination and the International Coordination Unit, which will work on international coordination and European financing programs. Through this work, the unit contributes to strengthening Sweden's participation in the EU's digitalization efforts and creating better conditions for Swedish digital development. About the role As a case officer in the International Coordination Unit, you will work with issues that are important for the continued digitalization of Sweden and the EU. You monitor developments within digitalization, the EU, and relevant financing programs and analyze what they mean for Swedish needs and priorities. You contribute to strengthening Sweden's participation in European funds and programs and work with issues relating to funds, work programs, regulations, and consultations. The role involves close cooperation with colleagues within Digitaliseringsmyndigheten, other government agencies, the Government Offices, the EU Commission, and organizations seeking financing. You provide documentation and knowledge support, build networks, and represent the agency and Sweden in national and international contexts. This is a role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of national and European perspectives and contribute to Sweden's conditions within digitalization, digital infrastructure, and strategic technology development. We are looking for someone who has: An academic degree such as political scientist, economist, civil engineer, or lawyer, or alternatively other education combined with professional experience that the employer considers equivalent. A couple of years of experience in government work. Experience working with EU support. Experience with cooperation between government agencies and private actors, both nationally and internationally. Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is also a merit if you have: Experience with advisory, supportive, or guidance work. Experience using networks and communication channels. Knowledge of digital communication infrastructure. Experience presenting complex material in a pedagogical way. Experience working with analysis and digitalization, wholly or partly related to public administration. Experience with the EU's digital transition. Experience leading government assignments. Experience participating in working groups or committees at the EU level. Our offer We take life seriously.
