Main Responsibilities Welcome to the Management and Coordination Section at the Security Office's Department for Cryptography and IT Security. The Swedish Armed Forces have the task of leading and coordinating signal protection services within Total Defense. As our new employee, you will have a cohesive role regarding this coordination. The work involves, among other things: Plan and lead collaboration forums and drive issues related to these forums. Plan and lead major conferences. Consolidate information regarding total defense signal protection services. Be coordinator for information dissemination regarding total defense signal protection services. You will also support in other ways with your expertise in other contexts. Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have experience with signal protection services Have a very good ability to document, structure and present information in speech and writing Have good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious Experience working as a signal protection chief. Experience leading collaboration with other organizations. Experience preparing decision-making materials. Experience working within government operations. Personal Qualities We are looking for you with an aptitude for making new contacts and maintaining existing relationships. You have a strong desire to learn more and to develop and structure processes. You communicate your knowledge and experience easily and willingly to others, even to people who are not knowledgeable in the same field. A prerequisite for good results in the work is that you are good at collaborating and that you take responsibility for your own work. You have high integrity, are unpretentious and resourceful, and understand the importance of quality. Working at the Military Intelligence and Security Service requires high security awareness.
