We are seeking a case officer for the Grants and International Programs Department. The primary responsibilities of this position involve processing applications for international scholarships and grants within the music field. Decisions are made by the working group for music. Part of the role concerns the international music program, where as a case officer you will be responsible for developing promotional initiatives within the program and maintaining contact with our partner organizations abroad. An important part of the work involves direct contact with applicant artists as well as administrative duties related to the department's grant processes and budget monitoring. As a case officer, you will also work with environmental monitoring, follow-up, and analysis with a focus on the music field. Outward-facing information to working artists, in both Swedish and English, is part of the position. Position Description Your workplace is located at Konstnärsnämnden's office in Stockholm. If operations permit, you have the opportunity to work remotely for part of your duties. The position is assigned to the Grants and International Programs Department. As a case officer, you report to the department head. The employment is a permanent position at 100%, with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Qualification Requirements We are seeking someone with the following qualifications: · at least five years of experience working within the music field · experience working within the music field with an international perspective · excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written · excellent administrative skills and extensive experience working in Office365 and other digital systems · academic degree with a focus on culture and/or music, or other post-secondary education that the agency deems equivalent We consider it a merit if you have experience with: · work within public administration · work with case management/application systems · experience working within other art fields besides music To be suitable for the position, you need to have the following personal qualities: · good ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain trusting relationships · good ability to work flexibly, independently, thoroughly, and with good forward planning · good ability to communicate the agency's mission In the hiring process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
