We are now seeking a meticulous and service-oriented claims handler for an extended consulting assignment at an insurance company in Stockholm. You will work with administration within the collectively agreed business, with a focus on occupational pension and insurance solutions.
Job Description
As a claims handler, you will support ongoing operations with administration related to occupational pensions and insurance. You handle daily administrative cases and maintain ongoing contact with employer clients, internal stakeholders, and other partners.
The role involves large administrative workflows and suits you if you thrive working in a structured and meticulous manner while delivering high quality and excellent service.
Your main responsibilities include:
Administer enrollment of new employers in occupational pension plans and group insurance
Handle discrepancies and investigations based on incoming reports and control documentation
Register address changes and other customer-related updates
Monitor and manage incoming cases in shared mailboxes
Answer incoming calls via phone system
Provide service and administrative support to employer clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure correct documentation and registration in current systems
Required Competencies & Experience
At least two years of experience in administrative work, preferably in insurance, pensions, banking, or other financial services
Experience with customer service via phone and email as well as handling large administrative case flows
Good computer skills and experience working in multiple administrative systems simultaneously
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and very good knowledge of Swedish
Ability to work independently, in a structured and meticulous manner, and manage multiple parallel cases
It is an advantage if you have experience with occupational pensions, collectively agreed insurance, or life insurance, particularly with employer clients. As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused with a high sense of quality.
