Your Role as Senior Building Structures Engineer As a Senior Building Structures Engineer with us, you'll have comprehensive responsibility for design and become a key person in project advancement. You'll lead the work, coordinate different disciplines, and ensure that technical solutions meet the highest quality standards. Your main responsibilities: Lead and coordinate design in construction projects Develop technical solutions and take responsibility for modeling Oversee designers' work and ensure quality Plan and monitor work according to the design schedule, with an understanding of how time, resources, and changes affect project economics Perform quality controls and manage deviations Support the team and clients through clear communication Participate in and lead internal coordination meetings and provide feedback on models and documentation Drive continuous improvement efforts and propose measures for more efficient processes What We Offer You Competitive salary and attractive benefits that reflect your experience and responsibilities Secure employment at a company with deep industry expertise An inclusive work environment with competent and engaged colleagues Close collaboration with management in a flat organization Great opportunities for professional development and further training Opportunity to influence both your role and the company's future development Attractive benefits that promote work-life balance What We're Looking For Experience in design and management of general structures and preferably prefabricated concrete structures Knowledge of relevant software, such as Tekla Structures and Revit Solid understanding of building technology (load-bearing structures, material selection, building physics) Familiarity with building codes and standards (BBR, EKS, Eurocodes) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Fluent Swedish, spoken and written A problem-solver who thrives with challenges Merits: Experience with design according to Eurocodes Knowledge of prefabricated concrete frames
