As a gym staff member at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're fixing a broken treadmill, a member shows up with a question about the gym. You're quick on the ball and can easily provide first-class service to the member, then return to making sure the treadmill works as it should. In your role as gym staff, your primary work tasks are to: Ensure that your gyms are accessible, functional and fresh Organize training equipment and put weights back (free workout!) Maintain machines (e.g. take apart, clean and lubricate) Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Organize Open House events where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with their training Simple cleaning of training areas, changing rooms and toilets as needed (cleaning company available) 👤 Who we think you are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace.
