Are you our new substitute preschool teacher at Guteskolan Preschools? We are seeking 1 preschool teacher for a substitute position starting immediately at 100% with Guteskolan's preschool operations with start date by agreement. Substitute position until June 30, 2027, with possible extension. As a preschool teacher, you will work as a substitute within the preschool operations at Guteskolan. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience working in preschool and holding a preschool teacher qualification. As a person, we seek someone who is flexible and collaborates easily. You are skilled at communicating and can inspire both children and colleagues. We want you to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working with children and be engaged in their preschool experience. We see that you have a strong ability to meet each child based on different circumstances and needs. You need to be organized and clear while also being responsive. Much of the work is done together with colleagues, so collaboration and experience-sharing will be an important part of the daily job. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. About Guteskolan Guteskolan is an independent primary school within Guteskolan AB. We started in 2007. Guteskolan AB currently has approximately 350 students in primary school, 250 students at upper secondary level, and 130 children in preschool.
