For 25 years, Gryning has offered residential and outpatient care for children, youth and families, on-call and family homes, addiction care, supported housing, services against honor-related violence and oppression, and LSS residential care. We provide counseling and training as well as assistance with placements. Gryning is owned by the municipalities of Västra Götaland through four municipal associations.
Lilla Torp in Gothenburg is an acute care unit. We receive youth aged 12-21 years who are in acute need of placement where the young person for some reason can no longer remain in their current situation. Reasons for placement may include, for example, problematic behavior, lack of care, self-harm, or risk of harming others.
We are now seeking a treatment pedagogue on-call overnight position for a permanent part-time position at 54% with start date by agreement. Orientation will take place during daytime hours. A probationary period may be applied.

WORK DUTIES
During the night, the focus is on maintaining stability, safety and security. Your work duties include maintaining the evening environment and being available for our youth as well as making observations and basic documentation. Carrying out daily routines is part of the role. At night, two people work, one awake overnight and you on the on-call overnight shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with at least two years of post-secondary education, or equivalent qualification, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy or behavioral science. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working with this target group. You are a role model and have the ability to create credible and stable relationships. You are part of the structure that clarifies and contains the children's issues and have the ability to create safety and predictability. You are flexible and can work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Since the work involves travel, a Category B driver's license is required.
