About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspiration, and an energy spreader. Your task is to deliver the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in the concept – we provide it!
A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace full of commitment, development, and fitness enthusiasm!
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Teach 1–2 regular classes per week
Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)
Who Are You?
You don't need to be a certified instructor beforehand – we'll train you! The most important thing is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and exercise in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to develop with us
