About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspiration, and an energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, giving of yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether it's 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in the concept – we take care of that!
A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with commitment, development, and the joy of fitness
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Hold 1–2 regular classes per week
Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on need)
Who Are You?
You don't need to be a certified instructor beforehand – we'll train you! The most important thing is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to develop with us
