Then maybe you are our next group leader at Brynnkällevägen in Hisings Kärra? About the role As a group leader, you work primarily in the facility with care or treatment work. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, reporting incidents, and documentation. You lead daily work by introducing, coaching, and including others. Furthermore, you ensure good quality in the facility and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the service users. Of course, you also contribute to a good work environment and good relationships with the facility's customers and their relatives. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging your colleagues in everyday situations. You report to the facility manager and are part of the facility's management group. The position is 100% and you work on a rotating schedule with some weekend and evening shifts. About Brynnkällevägen Brynnkällevägen is a group home according to 9 § 9 LSS in Hisings Kärra, just outside Gothenburg, for adults with diagnoses within the autism spectrum and intellectual disability. The facility is located in an area with proximity to services, green areas, and various leisure activities, as well as good public transport connections. We offer individually adapted support based on each person's needs, conditions, and wishes. Your experience and knowledge You have higher education with a focus on pedagogy, social work, or care and health, and experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-arousal approaches, as well as work management. You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by getting people to grow and develop in their professional role. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and collaborative. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up on the facility's operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are initiative-taking and responsive to the service users' needs and have a natural respect for other people.
