Our main task is to provide support and treatment to children, young people, and their families. A large part of the work involves offering parental support in various ways. The unit consists of four teams: contact support, family homes, family team 0-6, and family center. In the different teams there is broad expertise and close collaboration where everyone contributes to developing the operations and providing the best possible support to the families we meet. In the role of group leader, you work in close collaboration with the unit manager and other key functions. Your work tasks As a group leader, you have a coordinating function regarding assignments for our children and parents. The group leader is responsible for distributing and following up on cases and manages the group's continuous team meetings. One of your most important tasks is to be present and provide support and guidance in daily operations, where you work operationally without hesitation when needed. The operations currently have one group leader, and this position represents an expansion with an additional group leader to strengthen operational leadership and create good conditions for the continued development of the operations. In the assignment, you work closely with the unit manager, other group leaders, and senior social workers to find good conditions for safe visits and home-based solutions for children and families with complex issues. The family center coordinator is tasked with leading, planning, and developing the joint and cross-professional work at the family center. As a group leader, you have many contacts with authorities and other both internal and external partners. Your work tasks also include introducing new employees together with the unit manager. Furthermore, you work on developing working methods and approaches and ensure the operation's quality and follow-up according to LOKE (Local Evidence). Who are you? We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or a bachelor's degree in behavioral science with at least 7.5hp in social law. We see that you have previous experience in social work. To have the right conditions to succeed in the role, we would like you to have knowledge about children's development and experience working with parental support. You have knowledge of various parental support methods and we would like you to have knowledge of MI, FIT. It is desirable that you have experience with BBIC and documentation as well as previous experience with public authority work. Since we work with people, we see that you are attentive and have a humble and coaching approach. You motivate and inspire others and contribute to giving people the opportunity to develop and take responsibility based on their conditions. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see change work as an opportunity for development. You are clear in your communication, take your own initiatives, and have the ability to create engagement and participation. You are confident in delegating responsibility and giving others the mandate to make decisions within their area of responsibility. A class B driver's license is required. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
