Job Responsibilities
As Group Leader with us, you will be an important part of a close and unified team with specialized expertise in the field. You will lead a group of four people and work with them in planning and driving automation projects within facility technology. In this role, you will have independent yet supportive work with many contact points both internally and externally. You are responsible for building and developing long-term and trusting relationships with both existing and new customers, who may be property owners, industries, and commercial properties. As a leader with us, you help create direction, but you never stand alone. You lead operations in line with our goals and values and help us continue to develop as a team, company, and collaboration partner.
Your responsibilities include:
Create new business opportunities through close dialogue and long-term customer relationships
Build and maintain good partnerships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Estimation, planning, and project follow-up
Personnel responsibility including planning, follow-up, and development
Budget and profit responsibility, with support from the organization
Work environment efforts with self-inspections
Improve and streamline working methods
Help attract, recruit, and develop future colleagues

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a team player with the ability to develop strong teams while being results-oriented and having a strong sense of sales and customer satisfaction. You are a good communicator who builds strong relationships both with colleagues internally and externally with customers and suppliers. We see that you have experience in facility technology and preferably in the field of control and automation systems.
To be a suitable candidate for this position, we see that you have a driver's license (category B), good data skills especially in office software, and speak and write fluent Swedish. We consider it a merit if you have post-secondary education or certifications with technical focus.
