GROUP LEADER WANTED AT LUNDS UNIVERSITY Are you a confident leader with experience from the security industry? We are now recruiting an engaged and experienced group leader for our assignment at Lunds University. As a group leader, you will have a central role in day-to-day operations and become an important link between staff, management, and the client. You will be responsible for creating structure, ensuring that work is carried out according to established procedures, and contributing to a safe and professional work environment. ABOUT THE ROLE In the role of group leader, you will, among other things: Lead and coordinate daily operational work Provide support to employees in their daily work Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed Plan, prioritize and follow up on work tasks Handle and follow up on incidents and deviations Maintain contact with the client and other relevant contacts Contribute to the development and quality assurance of operations Be a role model and represent the assignment in a professional manner WORKING HOURS Hours by agreement. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS SOMEONE WHO You are a confident, responsible and clear leader who finds it easy to create structure and build trust. You are used to making decisions, prioritizing when the pace is high, and handling different types of situations in a calm and professional manner. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and understand the importance of respectful and service-oriented conduct. We would like to see that you have experience in supervisory roles within the security or guarding industry and that you are comfortable taking responsibility for both people and day-to-day operations. REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of documented experience in the security/guarding industry Experience in a supervisory role or similar leadership position B-driver's license Good Swedish in speech and writing Good English in speech and writing Cleared to work in the guarding industry in accordance with applicable requirements MERITORIOUS QUALIFICATIONS It is advantageous if you have: Experience with large or complex security assignments Experience from public sector operations Previous experience as a group leader, supervisor, or equivalent Good IT skills and experience with digital reporting Relevant security or leadership training WHO ARE YOU?
